We have a standard price for one week of £450 or £70
per day
Due to the number of flights to the area our changeover
days and length of stay are flexible. To allow for cleaning departures are normally by 10:00 hrs and
arriving after 16:00 hrs. It may be possible to change these times. We aim to be helpful, so please
enquire.
A
25% deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. Should you need to
cancel having paid the final balance we will endeavour to re-let the property, and refund as much as we are able, less the
deposit.
We also require a refundable security deposit
of £200 payable in cash on arrival. The security deposit (or part thereof) will be returned to you on
the day of departure.
